Refund policy

  1. Customers can apply for returns or exchanges within 6 months from the date of signing for the express delivery. To start a return, you can contact us at czpetofficial@outlook.com.
  2.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. The goods must remain in a brand - new and unused state, without any wear, scratches, deformation, or other conditions that affect secondary sales.
  4. Please contact our customer service team within the specified time and provide order information and the reasons for return or exchange.
  5. We will review within 48 hours after receiving the application to confirm whether the return and exchange conditions are met.
